Last night as I was eating dinner I hear my housemate ranting about her figure. She was there in front of the mirror looking at what she claimed as her fat body. She insisted that she should lose some pounds, whether it would be through exercise or diet

I face the same kind of problem about before but not after an experimental diet that worked for me. After being hired as a systems engineer/web developer I spend most of my time in front of the computer, sitting … ok, with some eating. And sometimes pigging out on what I want to relieve stress. It sure took its toll on my weight. From an average of 115 lbs, my weight rocketed to almost 150 lbs. in a short time. I was quite bothered by this so I started my experimental diet.

Here is what I did…

I go to the grocery store near our house and look for the healthiest food that I can see. It is not an easy task considering that you will be seeing a lot of flavorful food there. So to cut the long story short, I grab some wheat bread and fruits (apples and oranges). The following are the steps I device to shred the excess fats

Lose weight NOW!

Sometimes I lack the discipline needed to accomplish something big like this. SO the first thing that I did is set my mind to a goal, which is the be healthy by making my weight go down

The eating plan

The diet is simple: eat wheat bread for breakfast and dinner. 2 slices is enough for me, 3 if I’m starving. You can eat anything with it, spreads and even meat… as long as you know that it is not too much. Between the two meals that are mentioned above you can eat anything. Yes anything.

Fruit up your life

I eat fruit at least twice a week, it is delicious and it sure helps a lot!

Work that fat butt off

Exercise will be an inevitable thing to do when trying to shred fats. But I’ am a lazy lad… I have no schedule of exercise; I don’t even go to the gym. What I do is a make it a point that I exercise twice a week, no definite time, no definite program, just sweat and work those muscles.

The result

I dropped the pounds that I didn’t need. Currently I’m just maintaining my weight at around 132 lbs. My bowel movement also improved. I also didn’t catch any colds or cough. And this morning I have my cholesterol checked at it was normal! Yey!
